PRIVATE EVENTS

The Towngate Theatre in Basildon has several versatile event spaces suitable for all types of private events.
The Upper Foyer is perfect for Champagne Receptions in the spacious bar with views over St. Martin's Square followed by a sumptuous banquet.  The main auditorium can be converted to a flat floor and is ideal for school proms with capacity of over700 for a stand up event.

For more intimate gatherings the Mirren Studio can also be converted to a flat floor with cabaret
style capacity of up to 120 guests.  Each space can be dressed to your theme which we can organise for you
through our local event suppliers.
